Southern Charm star Patricia Altschul offers an update on Michael Kelcourse and continues to encourage fans to send her former butler well wishes as Michael also discusses his progress.
Michael, also affectionately known as &#;Michael the Butler,&#; suffered a life-altering spinal cord stroke in February which reportedly left him paralyzed. Since then, he&#;s been receiving extreme physical therapy in a rehabilitation center as the year-old still has a very long road to recovery.
On June 28, Patricia took to Instagram to let fans know how Michael has been doing after her son and fellow Southern Charm co-star, Whitney Sudler Smith, paid him a visit.
